1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between EP Cool Guys Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you” or “your”). As we utilize Printful, Inc. (“Printful”) for product fulfillment, these Terms incorporate relevant portions of Printful’s terms of service. By placing an order through our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Role
We operate as a merchant partner with Printful, who handles the production and fulfillment of all products ordered through our store. While we manage the design and selling of products, the physical production, packaging, and shipping are handled by Printful.
3. Customer Communication
We strive to provide clear and timely communication regarding your orders. You can expect:
- Order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase
- Shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched
- Response to customer service inquiries within 2 business days
- Clear updates about any potential delays or issues with your order
To ensure efficient communication, please:
- Provide accurate contact information when placing your order
- Include your order number in all correspondence
- Check your spam folder for our communications
- Contact us through our designated support channels
4. Order Processing and Shipping
4.1 Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
- Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible due to our automated fulfillment system
4.2 Shipping
- Shipping is handled by Printful through their carrier partners
- Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected products
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
- Tracking information will be provided via email once available
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy aligns with Printful’s guidelines:
5.1 Damaged or Defective Items
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product
- Photos of damaged/defective items are required for claim processing
- Approved claims will result in replacement or refund at our discretion
5.2 Lost Packages
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Claims require tracking information review and carrier investigation
5.3 Non-Eligible Returns
- We do not accept returns for:
- Correctly produced items that meet our quality standards
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Sealed goods (such as face masks) for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized items
5.4 Wrong Address/Unclaimed Packages
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Additional shipping charges apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses
- Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may be donated after 30 days
6. Product Information
- Product images are representative but may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes
- Size charts are provided for guidance; please review them carefully before ordering
- We reserve the right to modify product offerings without notice
7. Privacy and Data Protection
